Albert Beerens' Champagne Blanc De Blancs is a sublime expression of the purity of Chardonnay. This enchanting champagne comes from selected soils in the picturesque Champagne region, where the Beerens family has worked with dedication and passion for generations. The Blanc de Blancs cuvée is the result of careful selection of the finest grapes, followed by a long maturation in the cellar, which gives the wine complexity and structure.

On the nose, this champagne stands out for its fresh notes of citrus, white flowers, and a slight minerality, typical of the chalky soil from which it originates. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, with a persistence that reveals flavors of white pulp fruit, a delicate creaminess, and a clean and elegant finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, it wonderfully accompanies fish dishes, sushi, and seafood. Its elegance also makes it perfect as a companion for celebrating special moments.
