Champagne Blanc de Blancs Lydien n°99 Extra Brut Grand Cru - Stephane Regnault is a true masterpiece for lovers of high-quality effervescence. This champagne is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes, sourced from the best Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs region. Its production follows traditional methods, with particular attention to detail that ensures a refined and elegant final product.

The aromatic profile of this blanc de blancs reveals notes of fresh citrus, green apple, and a hint of white flowers, enriched by a complex chalky minerality typical of the limestone soils in the area. On the palate, the lively acidity and elegant structure of this Champagne offer a perfect balance between freshness and fullness, with a long and savory finish. The sparing use of dosage gives this Extra Brut a decisive dryness that enhances the purity of the fruit and the precision of the terroir.

Stephane Regnault, with his meticulous attention to winemaking and respect for the vineyard, manages to express in this Champagne the full potential of high-quality Chardonnay. This product is perfect for sipping on its own or paired with refined fish and shellfish dishes. It makes an ideal gift for connoisseurs and an excellent choice to celebrate special moments with style and class.

Stéphane Regnault – Winery in Côte des Blancs (Champagne)

Discover the story and wines of Stéphane Regnault.

Vigneron-grower based in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger (Côte des Blancs), producing Champagne Grand Cru blanc de blancs primarily from Chardonnay, with parcel-specific wines and an organic/biodynamic approach.
Region: Côte des Blancs (Champagne)
Country: France
Grapes: Chardonnay
Grand Cru blanc de blancs focused on Chardonnay. Cuvées named with reference to modal music: Lydien, Mixolydien, Dorien, and the Chromatique assemblage. Vines grown without synthetic pesticides; organic/biodynamic approach indicated on the technical data sheets. Blends that use perpetual reserves and parcel-by-parcel vinification. Niche production and a strong presence in export markets.
Winery history
Stéphane returned to his hometown in the Côte des Blancs and took over the family vineyards, beginning separate vinifications for individual parcels and developing multi-vintage cuvées based on permanent solera reserves. The first documented single-parcel vinifications come from parcels in Oger and Le Mesnil; subsequently production gained greater visibility through exports and collaborations with specialist importers.
Production philosophy
An approach focused on respect for the soil and living organisms: managed without synthetic pesticides, observance of lunar cycles, and the use of plant-based preparations in the vineyard. In the cellar, native fermentations are preferred, wood is used sparingly, and perpetual reserves are incorporated into the blends to maintain the domaine’s continuity and identity.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. The cuvées are linked to named parcels that reflect differences in exposure and calcareous soil.
