Produced in the prestigious Premier Cru vineyards located in the renowned Montgueux area, this Champagne Blanc de Noirs from Maison Tornay enchants with its elegant and complex structure. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, it offers an intense sensory experience, where the richness of the grape variety blends with the typical freshness of the Côte des Bar terroir.

The prolonged aging on the lees gives the wine a refined aromatic complexity, composed of notes of ripe red fruits, subtle toasted hints, and mineral nuances that recall the calcareous-clay soil of the La Fosse d'Arzilliers vineyard. On the palate, it is vibrant, with a perfect balance between crisp acidity and gustatory volume. Ideal to accompany dishes based on white meats, shellfish, or soft cheeses, this Champagne represents an elegant expression of the classic yet vibrant style of Maison Tornay.
