The Champagne Brut Millésimé Grand Cru - Maison Tornay is born from a careful selection in the best Grand Cru vineyards of the region, representing the excellence of the terroir of the Côte des Blancs or the Montagne de Reims. Made from chardonnay and pinot noir grapes, harvested exclusively in a vintage of particular quality, this vintage reflects the specific climatic conditions and the unique character of that year. The long aging on lees gives the champagne a refined aromatic complexity, with notes of candied citrus, toasted hazelnut, and delicate hints of fresh yeast. On the palate, the fine and persistent bubbles enhance a balanced, fresh, and vibrant structure, with an elegance that invites you to savor every sip slowly.

Ideal as a classy aperitif, it pairs perfectly with dishes of raw fish, shellfish, and delicate white meats, enhancing lightness and refinement. A sublime example of the tradition and innovation of Maison Tornay, a symbol of authenticity and prestige in the world of champagne.
