The Champagne Brut Mosaïque - Jacquart is a label that embodies the elegance and art of the champenoise tradition from the renowned Champagne region in France. This wine is the result of a carefully selected blend of typical local grape varieties, mainly Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, which provide a perfect balance between freshness, structure, and aromatic complexity.

The aging on the lees, which lasts at least 36 months, gives a fine and persistent foam, while on the nose it opens with delicate aromas of fresh fruit, white flowers, and hints of toasted bread and almond. On the palate, the vibrant acidity and characteristic minerality combine in a harmonious, fresh, and inviting sip, ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes and shellfish. A refined choice for those seeking a versatile champagne with a balanced character.
