Winery history
Family-run, the estate has been in the hands of the Vallois family for generations. Its roots date back to the late 19th century, and the property grew up around the village of Cuis; the house states that the family is now in its fifth generation, with a sixth currently in training.
Production philosophy
The estate manages production in-house, from planting to winemaking, with an approach focused on biodiversity and sustainable practices: soil management, mechanical weed control and selective biological methods. The estate states that it prioritizes authenticity, tradition and the reduction of plant protection products, and references environmental certifications.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards situated in and around Cuis, on the slopes of the Côte des Blancs. The area is characterized by Premier Cru vineyards and a viticultural landscape recognized by UNESCO.
