The Champagne Cru 2013 Blanc De Blancs by Perrot Batteux represents excellence in the landscape of French sparkling wines. This champagne is produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, rigorously selected from vineyards classified as Grand Cru in the prestigious Côte des Blancs region. The 2013 harvest was characterized by favorable weather conditions that allowed for superior quality grapes, with perfect ripeness and an ideal balance between acidity and sugars.

The winemaking process follows traditional Champenois methods, with a second fermentation in the bottle and a maturation period on the lees exceeding 48 months, giving this Blanc de Blancs notable complexity and structure. On the nose, it opens with delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus notes, and a light touch of fresh brioche. On the palate, the Perrot Batteux Blanc de Blancs 2013 surprises with its freshness and vivacity, featuring a very fine and persistent effervescence that invites one sip after another.

This champagne is ideal for accompanying refined fish dishes or serving as an elegant aperitif. Its elegance and finesse make it perfect for special occasions and celebrations.
