The Champagne Cru Blanc De Blancs by Perrot Batteux is an expression of pure elegance and refinement. Produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes from vineyards classified as Grand Cru in the prestigious Champagne region, this wine stands out for its brilliance and delicate structure. On the nose, it offers a rich bouquet of citrus notes, white flowers, and mineral nuances that evoke the crispness of the limestone rocks on which the vines grow. On the palate, the Blanc de Blancs by Perrot Batteux reveals itself with a lively freshness, supported by a fine and persistent mousse that caresses the palate, leaving a sensation of cleanliness and purity. The balance is surprising, with a complexity that develops harmoniously from the first sip to the long and persistent finish. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs splendidly with delicate dishes based on fish or seafood, as well as with soft cheeses. A champagne of great class, ideal for celebrating special occasions.
