Champagne Cuvée 200 - Billecart-Salmon is a rare and precious excellence, an authentic expression of the terroir of the Côte des Blancs, in the heart of the Champagne region. Obtained from a selection of exceptional vintages, this vintage champagne is characterized by a refined blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and a small proportion of Pinot Meunier, which harmoniously merge to offer a vibrant complexity.

The long aging on the lees, exceeding 10 years, gives this cuvée a unique depth, with elegant notes of candied citrus, white-fleshed fruit, and a delicate brioche note accompanied by mineral nuances and a hint of toasted hazelnut. On the palate, it reveals itself to be elegant, fresh, and persistent, with an extremely fine perlage that envelops the palate in a harmonious play of freshness and structure.

Perfect for celebrating special moments, Champagne Cuvée 200 - Billecart-Salmon pairs beautifully with shellfish, caviar, or refined fish dishes, enhancing their delicacy with its vibrant freshness and sensory balance. A true masterpiece, an icon of French sparkling wine artistry.
