The Champagne Cuvée Brut of EPC Champagne is born in the heart of the Champagne region, a territory famous for excellence in the production of prestigious sparkling wines. Made according to the classical method, this cuvée skillfully combines different typical grapes of the denomination, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, to obtain a perfect balance between freshness and complexity.

Its prolonged aging on the lees gives it a fine and persistent foam, while the nose releases elegant aromas of green apple, citrus, and light hints of bread crust. On the palate, it is fresh, harmonious, with a pleasant acidity that supports a balanced structure and a clean and refined finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or in combination with fish, shellfish, and fresh cheese dishes, this Champagne reveals all the art and tradition of the French territory, highlighting the quality and uniqueness of a denomination unparalleled in the world.
