Pairing Aperitifs, fish, shellfish, refined dishes
The Champagne Cuvée Première of Chassenay d’Arce is a refined expression of the French Champagne tradition, produced in the renowned Champagne region. This blend is the result of the skillful combination of classic grape varieties such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, emblematic of the territory, which impart complexity and elegance. The prolonged aging on the lees gives the bouquet a creamy finesse, with distinct notes of brioche, hazelnut, and ripe white fruit. On the palate, the Cuvée Première is balanced and vibrant, with a pleasant freshness that balances the structure and a persistent mineral note, typical of the chalky soils of the area. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with dishes based on shellfish and delicate fish, this champagne impresses with its timeless class and the ability to express the uniqueness of the terroir of Chassenay d’Arce. A perfect toast for special and refined moments.
