The Champagne Cuvée Réserve of Maison Yves Loison, produced in the renowned Champagne region, represents the essence of French elegance in Magnum format. Obtained from a skillful blend of traditional grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, this champagne stands out for its finesse and balance, the result of a long aging on lees that enhances its complexity and depth.

In the glass, it presents a delicate and persistent perlage, accompanied by a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, elegant scents of ripe fruit, white flowers, and light notes of bread crust and toasted almond are revealed, which testify to the mastery in dosage and the patience of aging.

On the palate, the Cuvée Réserve is harmonious, with a vibrant freshness and a pleasant softness that make it perfect to accompany fish dishes, shellfish, or moments of refined aperitif. An excellence to be savored slowly, celebrating the nuances of the great Champagne tradition.

Vineyard of approximately 5 hectares spread between Prouilly and Vandeuil. Cuvée "Senlis Vieilles Vignes" praised by critics. Range of bottles available in the official online shop. Some cuvées are aged in oak barrels or spend extended time on the lees for greater complexity.
Winery history
The Loison family has been growing vines for generations; their commercial label was launched by Yves Loison in the late 1970s. In recent years management has passed to Clovis Loison, who has introduced new ideas while maintaining traditional winemaking practices and the enhancement of individual parcels.
Production philosophy
Small-scale quality focus: highlighting the local terroir through parcel-specific cuvées and careful blends; some cuvées are aged in wood or spend extended time on the lees to develop complexity and finesse.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards located in the communes of Prouilly and Vandeuil, on the Saint‑Thierry massif northwest of Reims, with clay‑limestone soils that contribute freshness and structure to the cuvées.
