The Champagne Cuvée Rosé of Chassenay d'Arce is an elegant expression of the Champagne region, obtained from a refined selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties. The traditional blending and expert winemaking give this rosé a pleasant freshness and a balanced structure, with extended aging on the lees that enhances its complexity and finesse.

In the glass, it presents a delicate pink color, enriched by a fine and persistent perlage that caresses the palate. On the nose, it offers aromas of red fruits such as wild strawberries and cherries, accompanied by light floral hints and harmonious notes of bread crust. On the palate, the lively acidity and the creaminess of the lees give freshness and persistence, creating a perfect balance between freshness and softness.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with raw fish dishes, sushi, or delicate white meats, elevating every tasting moment.
