The Erubescence Rosé Extra Brut Champagne from the Guenin winery is a prestigious selection that promises a unique sensory experience. This champagne, known for its distinctive character, is produced through a rigorous grape selection process, thus ensuring a product of the highest quality. With a light and bright pink color, it opens up on the nose with intense aromas of fresh red fruits, notes of strawberry and raspberry, enriched by a subtle hint of bread crust due to the long aging on the lees.

On the palate, the Erubescence Rosé Extra Brut surprises with its liveliness and freshness. The balance between the low sugar dosage and high natural acidity creates a delicate yet complex structure, perfectly complementing a range of taste sensations that still recall red fruit and a touch of citrus.

This champagne is ideal for special occasions or as an elegant aperitif. It pairs splendidly with light starters, fish or seafood dishes and represents an excellent complement for celebrating unforgettable moments. A true gem of Champagne, which emphasizes the terroir of this renowned French wine region.

Winery history
The Guenin family has been established in Essoyes for generations: online sources record family roots spanning several generations, and the first modern vineyards were planted beginning in 1952. Following changes within the family and the installation of the first press in 1987, Sébastien Guenin returned to run the family business and began bottling his own cuvées from 2015.
Production philosophy
Production focused on respect for the terroir: vineyards converted to organic farming, controlled yields and winemaking aimed at natural expression. The reported practices include fermentations and, for some cuvées, maturation in wood, aiming for precise, mineral expressions of the terroir.
Terroir and vineyards
Essoyes, in the heart of the Côte des Bar. The soils mentioned in the product sheets and descriptions are mainly clay-limestone, with a strong presence of Pinot Noir in the vineyards situated on the local slopes.
Awards and recognitions
