With a brilliant golden yellow color, Autreau's Grand Cru Blanc De Noirs Brut seduces the nose with intense aromas of ripe fruit such as red apple and peach, enriched by subtle notes of spices and a slight hint of brioche, due to the long aging on the lees in the cellar. On the palate, it stands out for its lively freshness and the creaminess of the bubbles that blend perfectly with a well-balanced minerality, resulting in a long and pleasantly persistent finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Champagne pairs splendidly with seafood appetizers, delicate fish dishes, or even with white meat.
