Champagne Le Blanc de Blancs - Billecart-Salmon represents the elegance and purity typical of the Côte des Blancs, one of the most prestigious areas of Champagne, entirely dedicated to the Chardonnay grape variety. This Blanc de Blancs is made from carefully selected grapes, reflecting the mineral character and the finesse of the chalky Chardonnay terroir.

The aging takes place according to the traditional method, with a long time on the lees that gives complexity and a creamy texture to the product. In the glass, it presents a very fine and persistent perlage, while the color is a bright straw yellow. The bouquet reveals notes of white flowers, fresh citrus, and a delicate almond nuance, accompanied by a pleasant freshness and refined balance.

This Champagne is perfect for a sophisticated aperitif, but also pairs excellently with fish dishes such as seafood carpaccios, crustaceans, and light preparations with delicate sauces. Its elegant structure also makes it ideal with aged cheeses that are not too intense, offering a harmonious and unforgettable tasting experience.
