The Champagne Le Réserve - Magnum - Billecart-Salmon represents timeless elegance, a sublime expression of the house’s tradition located in the Champagne region, the beating heart of French sparkling wine production.

This champagne is a skillfully balanced blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, grape varieties that provide softness, fragrance, and structure. After bottle fermentation, the aging on the lees continues for a period that allows the development of a fine and persistent perlage, accompanied by complex and refined notes.

On the nose, it opens with fresh aromas of white fruit and white flowers, enriched by delicate hints of bread crust and toasted almonds. A smooth sip, characterized by pleasant freshness and beautiful gustatory depth, capable of revealing both liveliness and harmony. Ideal to accompany refined dishes such as shellfish, baked fish, or soft cheeses, it best expresses the vibrant character and class that distinguish the maison Billecart-Salmon.
