The Champagne Le Rosé of Billecart-Salmon stands out for the elegance and refined intensity typical of the winemaking art of this historic French maison, rooted in the Champagne region, precisely in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. The result of a skillfully balanced blend that includes Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and a small proportion of Meunier, this rosé expresses a fresh and vibrant personality, enhanced by a delicate maceration on the skins that imparts color and aromatic complexity.

The aging process takes place in classic steel vats and then in the bottle, with a maturation on the lees of over two years, which gives the wine a slight creaminess and a fine texture of persistently elegant bubbles. The bouquet opens with fragrant notes of small red fruits, such as wild strawberries and cherries, accompanied by floral hints and a delicate mineral touch.

On the palate it is balanced and lively, with a perfect balance between freshness and structure, making it ideal paired with dishes based on raw fish, shellfish, or light white meats, but also perfect as a refined aperitif to stylishly open any convivial occasion.
