Champagne Le Rosé by Billecart-Salmon represents a perfect balance between elegance and delicacy, born in the renowned Champagne region of France. This cuvée expresses all the refinement that distinguishes the maison, characterized by a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, with a careful selection and an aging process that takes place for at least 24 months on the lees, giving complexity and finesse to the product.

The pale pink color, delicately luminous, anticipates fresh and refined aromas of small red fruits such as wild strawberries and cherries, combined with floral notes and light hints of bread crust and almond, a result of fermentation and maturation. On the palate, the Champagne reveals itself to be harmonious, vibrant, and rich, with a pleasant acidity that supports a persistent and slightly spicy finish.

Perfect to accompany refined fish dishes, shellfish, or even white meats, Le Rosé in Magnum format stored in a wooden case is ideal for special moments, offering an intense and memorable tasting experience for both enthusiasts and newcomers to wine.
