Champagne Louis Salmon - Billecart-Salmon is born in the renowned Champagne region, the beating heart of French sparkling wine artistry. This cuvée is a tribute to elegance and refinement, a pure expression of a terroir among the most suited for the production of great bubbles.

The vineyard, predominantly cultivated with native grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, guarantees a perfect balance between freshness, structure, and aromatic complexity. After harvest, the grapes undergo gentle pressing, and the fermentation process takes place in steel and wooden barrels to enhance the aromas and maintain the typical freshness of the territory. The aging on the lees is prolonged, giving Champagne Louis Salmon a creamy finesse and remarkable flavor persistence.

In the glass, it presents a fine and persistent perlage, while on the nose it offers hints of ripe white fruit, acacia flowers, and a slight mineral note. On the palate, it is balanced and vibrant, with a harmonious and delicately acidic finish. Perfect paired with raw fish dishes, shellfish, or refined celebratory moments.
