Champagne O2 Rosée from Domaine Augustin, produced in the renowned Champagne region, represents an elegant expression of savoir-faire and terroir. This rosé is born from a skillful combination of selected grapes, predominantly Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, which give it a delicate and luminous pink color, a visual invitation to discover its multiple aromatic layers.

The classic fermentation method and prolonged aging on the lees give this champagne a refined structure and a fine, persistent perlage, synonymous with quality and complexity. On the nose, notes of small red fruits such as wild strawberries and raspberries emerge, enriched by delicate floral hints and a touch of bread crust. On the palate, the almost vibrant freshness harmonizes with a pleasant savoriness and a dynamic balance between sweetness and acidity.

Perfect for moments of celebration or as an accompaniment to fish dishes, shellfish, or even light desserts, Champagne O2 Rosée expresses all the refinement and tradition of Champagne, telling through every sip the unique terroir from which it originates.

Estate affiliated with Maison Parcé Frères and the Parcé family. Vineyards on schist terraces facing the Mediterranean. Main cuvées: Adéodat, Alix Parcé, Banyuls Rimage, Blanc de Noirs. Predominant use of Grenache together with Carignan, Mourvèdre and other grape varieties typical of the Roussillon. Production focused on respect for the terroir and low-intervention winemaking.
Winery history
Estate associated with Maison Parcé Frères; Augustin Parcé returned to Banyuls in 2014 to establish his own project within the family vineyards, enhancing the area's historic parcels. The estate is presented as the result of work and expertise handed down through the family.
Production philosophy
Careful vineyard work on slate terraces, controlled yields and targeted vinification to respect each plot; in the cellar low-intervention practices are employed to express the terroir.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards on steep terraced slopes of schist soils in the Banyuls/Collioure area along the Costa Vermeille, at the foot of the Pyrenees — a typical Roussillon terroir. The labels are tied to the local appellations.
