The Champagne Origine of Chassenay d'Arce is born in the prestigious Côte des Bar region, an emerging terroir that gives sparkling wines a unique and refined character. This champagne is the result of a skillful blend of traditional grape varieties, mainly Pinot Noir, expressing fresh and vibrant notes. After fermentation, it matures for a period in the bottle, developing a fine and persistent foam capable of enhancing aromas of white-fleshed fruit, yeast, and floral hints. On the palate, it stands out for its elegant harmony, with good acidity that gives liveliness and a pleasantly mineral aftertaste, typical of the territory. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs brilliantly with delicate fish dishes or small crustaceans, enriching the gastronomic experience with its fresh and dynamic personality. A true ambassador of French tradition in the heart of Champagne.
