This Premier Cru Brut Champagne, crafted by Aubry, is a refined and sumptuous expression of the Champagne region. Made from carefully selected grapes from Premier Cru classified vineyards, this sparkling wine offers a high-quality tasting experience.

The color is a bright light gold, with fine and persistent bubbles that dance in the glass, revealing its liveliness. On the nose, Aubry's Premier Cru Brut Champagne opens with fresh notes of citrus and white fruit, followed by nuances of toasted bread and yeasts, all harmonized by a hint of minerality that reflects the terroir of origin.

On the palate, the wine is consistent with the aromas perceived olfactorily, presenting a balanced structure and remarkable freshness. The flavor is complex, with a broad spectrum that ranges from green apple to hazelnuts, from brioche to custard. The finesse of the bubbles caresses the palate while the long aromatic persistence invites another sip.

This Champagne is crafted following traditional methods, which include a second fermentation in the bottle and an extended maturation period in the cellar. These practices lend the wine that complexity and nuances found only in the finest Champagnes.

Ideal as an aperitif, Aubry's Premier Cru Brut is also an excellent companion for a wide variety of dishes, from seafood to white meats to soft cheeses. A privileged choice to celebrate special moments or to elevate an ordinary dinner to an extraordinary experience.

Winery history
The story recounts the dedication of brothers Pierre and Philippe Aubry, descendants of a winemaking family documented as early as 1790, who beginning in 1986 launched a project to bring ancient Champagne grape varieties back into cultivation. Their work produced the first vinifiable harvests in 1993 for Arbane and Petit Meslier, and in 1994 for Fromenteau and Pinot Gris. From their experience have emerged historic and experimental cuvées such as «Le Nombre d’Or» and other signature releases.
Production philosophy
Rigorous respect for grape quality, attention to traditional practices, ageing in wood for some cuvées and an active pursuit of originality through the promotion of historic, now-rare grape varieties.

It is located in Jouy-lès-Reims, in the heart of the Petite Montagne de Reims. The estate covers more than 12 hectares, divided into approximately 50 parcels, offering a wide variety of soils and exposures.
