Champagne Rosé de Saignée - Daubanton is born in the heart of the Champagne region, a territory famous for its tradition and oenological excellence. This rosé is obtained using the saignée technique, that is, the brief contact of the black grapes with the skins, which gives the wine a lively color and a more intense character compared to traditional rosés obtained by blending.

The main grape variety, often Pinot Noir, gives the wine structure and freshness, while fermentation and aging take place in the bottle according to the classic method, enriching the Champagne with very fine bubbles and an elegant perlage. In the glass, it presents bright pink reflections and offers aromas of small red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by a delicate note of sweet spices and bread crust.

On the palate, it is fresh, vibrant, and harmonious, ideal to sip as an aperitif or alongside light fish dishes and shellfish, enhancing the richness of the Champagne terroir.
