The Chablis St. Martin from the renowned Laroche winery is an excellent example of how the Chablis terroir can express itself through the Chardonnay grape variety. Known for its ability to produce wines that reflect the environment from which they originate in a pure and precise manner, Laroche winery has created with St. Martin a wine that speaks of the region's typical minerality and freshness.

This wine displays a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, there is a bouquet of aromas with notes of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear, enriched by floral nuances and a distinctive mineral scent, almost stony. On the palate, Chablis St. Martin shows a balanced structure: the acidity is vibrant and well-integrated, supporting a clean and lingering taste.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Chardonnay pairs beautifully with seafood dishes, grilled fish, and delicate preparations of chicken or rabbit. It is also an excellent choice to accompany fresh and young cheeses.

Served at a temperature between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius, Chablis St. Martin reveals all its elegance and complexity. With an aging potential that sees it maintaining its qualities for 5-7 years, the wine is perfect to be enjoyed today or stored to further enrich its bouquet. Laroche winery does an excellent job in maintaining the traditional winemaking techniques of Chablis, thus ensuring a high-quality product that reflects the authenticity and heritage of the territory.
