The Kossler Winery's Chardonnay DOC stands out as a pinnacle in the panorama of Alto-Adige white wines, the result of a meticulous selection of Chardonnay grapes grown in the fertile valleys of the region. This wine encapsulates the purity of the mountainous terroir and the craftsmanship of winemaking techniques that honor tradition and the environment.

On the nose, Kossler's Chardonnay DOC distinguishes itself with an elegant and complex bouquet, featuring fresh notes of green apple, pear, and hints of citrus, enriched by a subtle touch of vanilla and butter, derived from brief aging in barrique. The aromatic palette is clean and inviting, a prelude to a full and harmonious taste.

On the palate, the wine expresses balance and refinement, maintaining a vibrant freshness that perfectly complements a medium body, the result of careful acidity management. The aromatic persistence is remarkable, with a finish that revisits tones of ripe fruit and a delicate mineral streak that recalls the rocky origin of its vineyards.

This Chardonnay DOC is a versatile wine, ideal for pairing with sophisticated fish dishes, white meats, or as an aperitif. Its ability to evolve in the bottle also suggests great aging potential, capable of surprising even several years after the harvest.

Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C to fully enjoy its freshness and aromatic complexity. A true jewel of Alto-Adige winemaking, Kossler’s Chardonnay DOC celebrates the quality and uniqueness of its territory.
