Chardonnay Jurosa is a fascinating and balanced wine with a Nordic radiance, capable of improving and progressing over time.

The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in 500-litre French oak barrels at a temperature of 22-24 °C; the maturation is in the same fermentation containers on the fine deposit for 11 months with frequent bâtonnage. This is followed by bottling and aging in the bottle for at least 12 months.

In the glass it has a deep and bright yellow color. On the nose, exquisite notes of apricot, hay, butter and inebriating custard conquer. On the palate it is immediately a full, mineral wine with an acidic vein well balanced by softness.
Excellent in combination with all fish-based preparations from hot appetizers, to first courses up to steamed or stewed second courses, to try also with cheeses and white meats.
