The Chardonnay Graduates of Saint & Scholar come from selected territories where the temperate climate and well-drained soil favor the optimal ripening of the Chardonnay grapes. This wine stands out for its freshness and complexity, the result of a careful winemaking process that enhances the varietal characteristics of the grape. The aging takes place in oak barrels, which impart elegant vanilla notes and a soft, enveloping body.

On the nose, aromas of tropical fruit such as pineapple and mango emerge, accompanied by hints of citrus and a delicate mineral nuance. On the palate, it is harmonious, with good acidity that balances the structure and leaves a persistent finish, ideal for accompanying fish dishes, shellfish, and light Mediterranean cuisine.

A refined choice for those who wish to explore the versatility of Chardonnay in an elegant contemporary interpretation.
