The wine is distinguished by its refined freshness and an aromatic profile characterized by subtle fruity notes of apple and peach, enriched by delicate floral hints. The aging, carried out in steel or light wood, provides balance and structure, maintaining a pleasant sapidity and a smooth texture on the palate.
