Chardonnay Langhe DOC - Oriolo is born in the Piedmont hills, a land rich in winemaking tradition and ideal climates to best express this international grape variety. That temperate climate, combined with calcareous soils, gives the wine a balanced, elegant, and fresh structure.

The aging, often partly carried out in steel to preserve freshness, may include a passage in wood, providing complexity and roundness without compromising the vibrant acidity. In the glass, it appears with a bright straw yellow color and an intense aroma reminiscent of white-fleshed fruits like apple and pear, with delicate floral nuances and hints of citrus and vanilla.

On the palate, it is harmonious, soft with a clean finish and good persistence. Perfect to accompany fish dishes, white meats, or fresh cheeses, this Chardonnay expresses the freshness of the Langhe territory with a contemporary and refined character.
