Le uve vengono interamente raccolte a mano, a perfetta maturazione e nelle ore più fresche del mattino. In breve tempo giungono in cantina, dove viene fatta una pressatura soffice delle uve intere. Il mosto fiore così ottenuto, dopo un primo travaso, viene collocato nelle vasche di fermentazione a temperatura controllata. Il vino rimane, quindi, sulle sue fecce fini per 8-9 mesi e poi imbottigliato.

Giallo paglierino, profumi delicati con sfumature di crosta di pane, leggermente fruttato, sentori di mela golden; ben equilibrato in bocca.

Ottimo vino da aperitivo, si abbina perfettamente a primi piatti di pesce, alle minestre, alle portate a base di carni bianche, ai crostacei e ai molluschi, ai formaggi, specie se poco stagionati.
