The Chardonnay Willamette Valley - Domaine Roy & Fils is born in one of the most fascinating regions for viticulture in the United States, the Willamette Valley in Oregon, famous for its cool climate and temperature variations that give elegance and minerality to the wines. This Chardonnay, grown on well-drained soils, develops complex aromas and a savory structure that perfectly balances the richness of the fruit.

On the palate, it presents a vivid bouquet, where scents of green apple, ripe pear, and light citrus notes emerge, accompanied by delicate hints of butter and vanilla, the result of partial aging in wood. On the palate, it reveals a velvety and persistent texture, with incisive freshness and a pleasant softness that make it versatile.

Ideal with fish dishes, shellfish, and delicate white meats, this Chardonnay Willamette Valley represents a splendid expression of the grape variety integrated into Oregon's unique terroir.
