Produced following ancient centuries-old recipes of the monks of the Grande Chartreuse, this spirit is composed of a blend of 130 herbs and plants. The abbreviation "V.E.P." stands for "Vieillissement Exceptionnellement Prolongé," indicating that the liqueur is aged for a much longer period in their special wooden barrels.
The "Verte" version is distinguished by its bright green color, natural and completely derived from the herbs used in its production. On the nose, the Chartreuse V.E.P. Verte exudes a complex and enveloping aroma, with notes of mint, moss, and other aromatic herbs.
