The Chassagne Montrachet 1Er Cru - Les Vergers - Pillot represents the elegance and finesse of the renowned Côte de Beaune, the emblematic region of Burgundy. Made from selected Chardonnay grapes, this wine perfectly reflects the mineral and complex character of the limestone soils of Les Vergers. The aging takes place in oak barrels, balancing buttery and vanilla notes without ever overpowering the varietal freshness. On the nose, it stands out for aromas of ripe fruit, such as apple and pear, accompanied by delicate floral hints and a slightly toasted background.

On the palate, it is enveloping and structured, with a vibrant acidity that ensures long persistence. The harmony between sapidity and smoothness is the hallmark of this 1er Cru, ideal to accompany structured fish dishes, shellfish, or medium-aged cheeses. An authentic expression of the great enological potential of Chassagne-Montrachet.
