The Chassagne Montrachet 1Er Cru - Morgeot - Pillot comes from one of the most renowned areas of Burgundy, famous for its elegant and complex white wines based on the Chardonnay grape. This wine clearly expresses the unique character of the Morgeot terroir, where the limestone soils contribute to imparting minerality and structure. The aging method, generally in well-measured oak barrels, provides a precious balance between freshness, body, and aromatic nuances.

In the glass it presents bright golden tones, while on the nose it releases refined aromas of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers, and light notes of vanilla blended with hints of flint. On the palate, it is full, smooth, and persistent, with beautiful intensity and a fine mineral vein that enhances its persistence and drinkability.

Perfectly paired with dishes based on fish, shellfish, or delicate white meats, it also gracefully accompanies more structured recipes thanks to its complexity and harmony.
