Chassagne Montrachet Les macherelles 2019 - François Carillon is an elegant expression of the renowned Côte de Beaune appellation, in Burgundy. This white wine is made from Chardonnay grapes, skillfully grown in the vineyards located on the limestone slopes of Les Macherelles, a cru known for its minerality and freshness. François Carillon, guardian of a family tradition rooted in this terroir, manages to transform these characteristics into a refined and complex wine.

Visually, it presents a bright straw color with golden reflections. On the nose, it opens with delicate citrus aromas, white flowers, and light notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, accompanied by a clear mineral imprint and a subtle spiciness. On the palate, it is harmonious, supported by vibrant freshness and a well-balanced acidic structure that guarantees longevity. The finish is elegant and persistent, with returns of ripe fruit and a hint of hazelnut, typical of well-measured oak barrel aging.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes, shellfish, or white meats, this Chassagne-Montrachet 2019 classily expresses the quintessence of a prestigious territory and the savoir-faire of François Carillon.
