The Chianti Classico DOCG BIO produced by the Petrignano winery of Dievole stands out as a distinguished and representative example of Tuscan winemaking tradition.

Grown on the fertile hills of Chianti, this wine is notable not only for its DOCG designation but also for its organic practices, ensuring the absence of pesticides and chemicals in the production process. Dievole, with its history dating back to the 12th century, is renowned for its environmental respect and meticulous attention to the quality of its grapes.

The Chianti Classico DOCG BIO from Petrignano presents an intense ruby red color, primarily attributed to the dominant Sangiovese grape, enriched by small percentages of other native varieties. On the nose, one can distinguish lively notes of cherry and blackberry, enhanced by hints of violet and sweet spices like vanilla, resulting from careful aging in barrels.

On the palate, the wine reveals itself as structured and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity and soft tannins that lead to a persistent and harmonious finish. This Chianti Classico is ideal for accompanying traditional Italian dishes, especially grilled red meats, aged cheeses, and hearty first courses like Tuscan ragù.

For wine lovers seeking an authentic and environmentally respectful tasting experience, the Chianti Classico DOCG BIO from Petrignano of Dievole represents an excellent choice, symbolizing tradition and innovation in harmony with nature.
