An emblem of Tuscan winemaking tradition, the Chianti Classico DOCG Casanova di Dievole offers an extraordinary tasting experience rooted in the rich soil of Chianti. Produced by one of the most esteemed wineries in the area, Dievole, this wine reflects the excellent know-how and attention to detail characteristic of the winery.

Visually, the wine presents an intense ruby red color, with garnet hues that develop with aging. The nose reveals lively aromas of cherry and plum, enriched by delicate spicy accents and a light touch of vanilla, testament to the oak barrel aging process. The aromatic complexity is underscored by hints of tobacco and leather, which develop elegantly in the glass.

On the palate, the Chianti Classico DOCG Casanova di Dievole stands out for its well-balanced structure and velvety texture. The tannins are soft yet well-present, leading to a long and persistent finish that echoes the fruity and spicy notes perceived on the nose. The well-integrated acidity ensures a pleasantly fresh sip, making this wine ideal for accompanying a wide range of dishes, from red meat-based dishes to more elaborate preparations with game meat and aged cheeses.

Ideal to be served at a temperature of 18-20°C, the Chianti Classico DOCG Casanova di Dievole is a wine that can be enjoyed immediately but also offers excellent aging potential. A true gem for wine lovers seeking an iconic example of Chianti winemaking.
