The Chianti Classico DOCG by Dievole, produced in the acclaimed Catignano estate, is a true expression of the Tuscan terroir. Characterized by an intense ruby red color, this wine stands out for its elegance and aromatic complexity. On the nose, it presents notes of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, which harmoniously blend with hints of spices and a slight touch of vanilla from maturation in barriques.

On the palate, the Catignano Chianti Classico DOCG exhibits a balanced structure, with soft, well-integrated tannins leading to a persistent and richly aromatic finish. The elegant acidity is well-balanced by the fruity intensity, making this wine particularly suitable to accompany traditional Tuscan dishes, such as pappardelle with wild boar or roasted red meats.

Produced with a careful selection of Sangiovese grapes, this Chianti Classico DOCG is the result of a production philosophy aimed at maximizing the expression of the grape variety and its natural habitat. Dievole, with its long history and dedication to quality, bestows on this wine a dimension of authenticity and tradition, continually enhancing the classic Chianti profile.

For the wine appreciator seeking an exemplar that combines tradition with refinement, the Chianti Classico DOCG Catignano by Dievole represents an impeccable choice, capable of evolving magnificently over time, enriching itself with new gustatory and olfactory nuances. A wine to collect and to open on special occasions, to savor every facet of its distinctive character.
