The Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG from Borgo alla Terra, produced by the renowned Geografico winery, represents one of the most authentic expressions of the Tuscan terroir. This wine is the result of a careful selection of Sangiovese grapes, cultivated on the gentle Sienese hills, where the climate and soil impart unique characteristics to the fruit.

In appearance, the Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG has an intense ruby red color, which foreshadows the complexity and elegance of the bouquet. On the nose, notes of cherry and ripe red fruits immediately emerge, enriched by nuances of violet and light spices, a testament to the aging in wood which adds structure and complexity without overpowering the freshness of the fruit.

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied yet balanced, with fine yet persistent tannins that promise excellent aging potential. The acidity is lively and well-integrated, making it particularly suitable for pairing with a variety of dishes from both Italian and international cuisine, from red meats to dishes based on mushrooms and truffles.

The winemaking process follows traditional methods that the Geografico winery has perfected over the years, always focusing on the quality and sustainability of the entire process. The aging partly takes place in large oak barrels and partly in smaller barrels to allow a perfect blend of fruit and wood.

This Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG is a wine that tells the story of its territory, perfect to be enjoyed both on special occasions and in everyday life, capable of transporting those who taste it to the heart of Tuscany. With its distinctive character, it is bound to satisfy both the palate of the connoisseur and that of the novice eager to explore high-quality Italian wines.
