The Chianti DOCG by Melini comes from one of the most famous wine regions in Tuscany, celebrated for its hilly terroirs and ideal climate that favors the cultivation of Sangiovese, the main grape variety of this denomination. In the glass, it shows a bright ruby color, announcing intense aromas of cherry, violet, and light spicy notes of black pepper.

The aging takes place in small oak barrels, which provide softness and an elegant tannin, without overpowering the typical fruity freshness of Chianti. On the palate, a perfect balance emerges between acidity and structure, with a persistent and harmonious finish that recalls scents of ripe red fruits and light balsamic nuances.

Excellent paired with traditional Tuscan dishes such as pappardelle with wild boar ragù or roasts, this Chianti offers an authentic and refined experience in a smaller format, ideal for tastings and more intimate convivial moments.
