The Chianti DOCG When We Dance - LIMITED EDITION from the estate Il Palagio, owned by the renowned musical icon Sting, is a wine that expresses the essence of the Tuscan territory with distinctive elegance and character. With meticulously limited production, this special edition captures the attention of wine enthusiasts who seek exclusivity and superior quality.

This wine is primarily produced from Sangiovese grapes, with the addition of complementary varieties such as Canaiolo and Colorino, which help create a complex and harmonious structure. The Chianti DOCG When We Dance presents with an intense ruby red color, hinting at its richness.

On the nose, notes of ripe red fruits like cherry and raspberry blend with hints of sweet spices, particularly vanilla, thanks to partial aging in oak barrels. These aromatic elements intertwine perfectly, offering an inviting bouquet that precedes an equally captivating tasting experience.

On the palate, the wine demonstrates an impeccable balance between lively acidity and well-integrated tannins, typical of the best Chianti wines. The flavor persistence is remarkable, leaving a pleasantly warm and spicy sensation that invites another sip. The finesse of the flavors and the structure of the wine make it ideal for accompanying classic Italian cuisine dishes, such as pasta with meat sauce, roasts, and aged cheeses.

Savoring the Chianti DOCG When We Dance - LIMITED EDITION is not just a sensory experience but also a journey into the heart of Tuscany, through the authentic flavors and the passion that Sting and his team invest in the care of their vineyards and the creation of wines of unparalleled quality.
