Chinato Borgogno is born in the historic winery of the same name, located in the heart of the Langhe, a region renowned for the deep winemaking tradition of Piedmont. This chinato stands out for the harmonious fusion of Barolo, the noble Nebbiolo grape, with a skillful infusion of aromatic herbs and spices that give it a unique and enveloping character.

The aging process in oak barrels enhances its complex notes of quinine, candied orange, vanilla, and a delicate hint of medicinal herbs, creating a refined balance between sweetness and bitterness. On the palate, it presents itself as structured yet elegant, with a long and persistent finish that invites slow sipping.

Perfect as a meditation wine or accompaniment to dark chocolate desserts, aged cheeses, or as an original proposal for a sophisticated aperitif, Chinato Borgogno gracefully expresses the richness and identity of its territory of origin.
