The Chiopris Friulano Tocai of Aziende Agricole Livon is born in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a land renowned for the quality of its white wines. Obtained from the Friulano grape variety, traditionally known as Tocai Friulano, this wine elegantly expresses the deep connection with its territory of origin. The combination of the unique microclimate and friable soils allows the grapes to develop a fine and complex aromatic character.

The aging method, which usually involves a short period on fine lees, enriches the wine with softness and volume on the palate. Of bright straw yellow color, it presents intense aromas of wildflowers, bitter almond, and delicate herbal notes, which then fade into mineral hints. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and savory, with a pleasantly persistent finish. Ideal paired with fish dishes, white meats, and fresh cheeses, this Friulano embodies the harmony between tradition and territory in the glass.
