The Chiopris Pinot Grigio from Aziende Agricole Livon comes from the picturesque region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a land famous for the quality of its white wines. This Pinot Grigio stands out for the refined expression of the grape variety, enhanced by the temperate climate and the hilly soils of the Chiopris area. The aging takes place in steel, thus preserving the freshness and minerality typical of the fruit.

In the glass, the wine shows a bright straw-yellow color, accompanied by intense and fresh aromas of Golden apple, pear, and light floral notes. On the palate, a pleasant sapidity emerges with a soft texture, balanced by a lively acidity that gives a long persistence. This Pinot Grigio proves ideal as a companion to light appetizers, grilled fish, or vegetable-based dishes, enhancing every bite with its harmony and finesse.
