“Cuvée Fashion Victim” by Astoria winery is a sparkling wine with great aromaticity, a label oriented towards younger consumers and all those who consider wine consumption a symbol of moments of conviviality and celebration.

A Spumante Brut characterized by a modern and international approach that has always distinguished Astoria's work with the simplicity of the aromas and ease of drinking. “Cuvée Fashion Victim” comes from a careful selection of the best white grapes. After harvesting, de-stemming takes place, the grapes then go to the press and then the must obtained undergoes a short cold maceration. Static decantation and first fermentation in steel follow; the second fermentation takes place during the refermentation in autoclave as required by the production rules of the Martinotti Method.

In the glass it is announced with a pale straw yellow color, tending to greenish; the perlage is clear and fine, it moves with dense chains and good persistence. The bouquet is enveloping, characterized by floral aromas and light hints of white pulp fruit. The sip is lively and fresh, with pleasant fruity sensations, in perfect harmony with the olfactory analysis.

A label that also wants to amaze with its aesthetics, perfect for all those parties where even the eye wants its part. Excellent as an aperitif and excellent in combination with snacks and appetizers, ideal with eggs and quiches, but also with fried fish. Absolutely to try with pizza.
