In the glass, it presents an intense and bright amber color, while on the nose elegant aromas of dried fruit, vanilla, sweet spices, and light hints of tobacco and leather can be perceived, a result of prolonged aging. On the palate, it is soft, full, and enveloping, with a perfect balance between sweetness and tannins, leaving a long-lasting finish.
A prestigious distillate ideal to be savored slowly, neat or with a touch of natural water, perfect for moments of meditation or to accompany desserts based on dark chocolate or nuts.

Distillation
Traditional wood‑fired distillation in copper stills; each variety is distilled separately; process includes brouillis and a second distillation (bonne chauffe) with separation of heads, heart and tails.
Ageing
Aging in French Limousin oak casks; the maison notes the use of new Limousin casks for some expressions; subsequent assemblage/blending without added sugar or caramel.
