The Cognac N°34 presents itself as a spirit of superior finesse, capable of telling with every sip the richness of its territory and the artisanal mastery of Grosperrin.
Perfect to enjoy neat at room temperature or with a cube of ice, it is ideal paired with dried fruit-based desserts or as the protagonist of sophisticated cocktails that highlight the elegance of its aromas.
A tasting experience that transports you directly to the heart of Grande Champagne, a jewel of French cognac tradition.

Distillation
Traditional distillation in Charentais pot stills (double distillation for most eaux-de-vie); for some historical cuvées a 19th-century-inspired technique is used (e.g. separate vinification and first distillation for individual grape varieties in the 'Cépages' project).
Ageing
Ageing in casks to obtain the typical expression of each cru; lots are aged and monitored individually in the maison's chais in Saintes; some batches spent long periods in external warehouses before arriving at Grosperrin cellars.
