This Cognac VSOP Grande Champagne by Paul Giraud comes from the most prestigious cru of the Cognac region, Grande Champagne, renowned for its chalky soils that give the spirit a refined elegance and complexity. Obtained from Ugni Blanc grapes, distilled according to French tradition, this VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of four years, during which enveloping and delicate notes develop.

On the nose, it opens with intense scents of dried fruit, vanilla, and a touch of sweet spices harmoniously intertwined with a slight floral note typical of the area. On the palate, it offers a soft and round structure, with a perfect balance between freshness and persistence, where aromas of ripe apricot and honey emerge, followed by a long and refined finish.

This Cognac is perfect to be enjoyed neat, at room temperature, perhaps accompanied by a good quality cigar, or used to elevate classic cocktails, giving them body and distinctive character. An excellent choice for lovers of elegant and sophisticated spirits.
