The Controguerra Bianco DOC Daniele by Illuminati is a white wine of remarkable elegance and complexity, originating from the enchanting hills of Teramo in the Abruzzo region. This wine is the result of a meticulous selection of Trebbiano and Chardonnay grapes, which give the final product a distinctive character and a rich aromatic profile.

With a straw-yellow color featuring golden reflections, Controguerra Bianco Daniele greets the nose with an intense aromatic bouquet, where notes of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear emerge, enriched by hints of white flowers and a slight vanilla touch, a result of masterful fermentation. On the palate, freshness is well-balanced by a medium structure and persistent minerality, enhancing its vivacity and clean taste.

The vinification process is carried out with the utmost care to preserve the varietal characteristics of the grapes: controlled temperature fermentation is followed by a short aging period in stainless steel tanks, which helps maintain the fruit's freshness and purity.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif but also pairs splendidly with fish dishes, poultry in light sauces, and fresh cheeses. An excellent representative of Abruzzese viticulture, Controguerra Bianco DOC Daniele by Illuminati showcases the harmony between tradition and innovation, offering a tasting experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C to fully appreciate all its nuances. A white wine that promises to be enjoyed by both connoisseurs and novices, thanks to its accessibility and pleasantness.

Today the winery remains a family-run enterprise with multiple generations involved.
Production philosophy
